Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your parcel under the following conditions:
- Condition: Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and clean. Please try on shoes on a clean carpet or indoor surface to avoid scuffing the soles.
- Packaging: The item must be returned in its original box with all tags and wrapping intact.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or parcel receipt.
What is Covered
- Size Issues: If the shoe doesn’t fit, we will exchange it for your correct size.
- Defects or Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged pair or the wrong article/color, we will replace it immediately at no extra shipping cost to you.
Custom-Made Orders
Because custom pairs (bespoke sizes, personalized leather, or special measurements) are handcrafted specifically for you, they are not eligible for a cash refund. However, if there is a fitting or sizing issue, we will gladly resize or adjust the pair free of charge.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our support team on WhatsApp at 0346-8005533 or 0300-9323107 within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order details and clear photos/videos showing the issue or the shoe’s condition.
- Send the parcel back via any reliable courier service to our workshop address at Mashaal Plaza, G.T. Road, Chakdara Gulabad Lower Dir, Pakistan.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your replacement or refund within 3 to 5 business days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are transferred directly via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
