1. Handmade Craftsmanship & Leather Characteristics
All our Peshawari chappals, boots, and leather shoes are handcrafted by local artisans using genuine leather. Because leather is a natural material, slight variations in grain texture, shade, or minor hand-stitch details are natural hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
2. Orders & Verification
- After placing an order online, our team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your shoe size, address, and availability.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if the delivery address is incomplete, the customer cannot be reached for confirmation, or the item is temporarily out of stock.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as well as direct advance payments via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Online Bank Transfer.
- For high-value or customized orders, a partial advance deposit may be requested before production begins.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard in-stock orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
- Made-to-order or custom-stitched pairs require 5 to 7 working days for handcrafting and finishing.
- Delivery times may experience slight delays during gazetted holidays, extreme weather, or regional courier disruptions.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched or before custom production has started by contacting us immediately at 0346-8005533. Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, standard exchange procedures apply.
